Dan specializes in industrial real estate transactions throughout all five boroughs of NYC. His current role focuses on assisting landlords, tenants, and business owners with selling, leasing, and purchasing industrial buildings.
Dan has over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to founding New York City Industrial Advisors (NYCIA), he worked as a Vice President at one of the globes largest commercial real estate brokerage firms specializing in leasing and sales of NYC warehouse properties. Before brokerage, Dan was a Project Manager with the same company in the Project Development Services group, where he oversaw complex new construction projects in Manhattan and developed a deep knowledge of commercial building infrastructure and construction process. He oversaw notable projects including The Korean Cultural Center and Bronx Charter School.
Dan started his career in commercial real estate working in Property Management with Trinity Real Estate where he managed the daily operations of 75 Varick St, a +1M SF Class A office building. Dan has a diverse and robust background in real estate that includes building management, construction development, leasing, and sales.
Brian is an experienced operations and growth strategist with a proven track record of scaling startups, optimizing business processes, and forging strategic partnerships. As Chief Operating Officer at New York City Industrial Advisors (NYCIA), he leads internal operations, business development initiatives, and process automation to drive efficiency and expand the firm’s market presence.
Prior to joining NYCIA, Brian played a key role in scaling multiple early-stage companies, including SaaS startup Cohley, where he helped the company achieve 2,400% growth. He led strategic initiatives in sales operations, CRM and HR system implementations, and revenue optimization. He has also consulted for startups on go-to-market strategies, sales forecasting, and operational improvements.
Brian’s experience extends beyond technology and into real estate, where he has spent over a decade supporting his family's real estate portfolio & property management business, which includes industrial holdings throughout NY. His work has included tenant relations, lease administration, and operational streamlining for retail, warehouse and properties in Long Island and Queens. At NYCIA, he applies this diverse expertise to enhance operational efficiencies, strengthen client relationships, and develop partnerships that drive long-term growth.
